Our cradled art panels are expertly crafted with a birch plywood face and a sturdy Douglas fir cradle structure, reinforced with a cross brace for exceptional strength, stiffness, and warp resistance. Each panel is pre-sealed for durability: the back is treated with a natural oil-based sealer, while the sides and front are finished with a marine-grade, non-toxic, water-based penetrating sealer.
 
The painting surface of these panels are prepared with a high quality fine weave oil primed linen.
