Returns for Damaged Panels

If your art panel arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Please provide photo evidence of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your request and verify the damage, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged panel.

Returns for Non-Damaged Panels

If you wish to return a non-damaged panel, it must be in like-new condition and returned at your expense.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the panel. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned panel, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may not be returned unless they arrive damaged.
